In the prospect of upcoming WBFP showcases, I'm prepping some hoops this morning! Chickens and sheep are the main characters in this parade, but I also finished a lovely goddess of sunshine as well. Now, the question remains--regular chickens or fantasy chickens?? I'm thinking regular chickens first, and fantasy chickens could come later depending on time. A chicken usually takes me around an hour, and a sheep a little less, so I figure I'll attempt to do one animal a day as well as while I listen to my audiobook for our Agricultural Policy class in the WBFP. You know, I may work on the Livestock Conservancy chicken list for my normal chickens, so that people will know who they are. As I write this, I'm actually taking a break from writing name cards for all of my creations so that people can have a little bit of an introduction to their new fiber spirits. I've been experimenting with what to call my creation type collectively, and practically everything I do is fiber related. I like to think of my creations as full of life, wild-spirited, so I'm calling my creations, The Fiber Spirits. Now, enjoy the new fiber spirit habitats before I stitch out some sheepies!
