So, for the past few weeks I have been trying new things to better myself. I'm mainly trying to go back to being vegan--which I was for five years. When I stopped, I gained a lot of weight, not gonna lie, it was a bit. I think my body doesn't really do dairy well, so that's my main target to work on. However, in the three weeks I've been on my diet, I haven't lost a single pound. So, this week I'm trying something new. No sugars except natural sugars, no processed foods, no dairy, no meat. This is what I want to do for one week. I'll let y'all know how it goes!
